Processors and data transfers
Data is processed on our behalf and according to our instructions by our web host Zone Media OÜ (servers in the EU) and, for visitor statistics, by Google Ireland Limited, with Google LLC as a sub-processor. We do not sell or share data for marketing purposes. Data is disclosed to competent authorities only where required by law.
Using Google Analytics may result in data being transferred to the USA for processing. The transfer relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission has issued an adequacy decision, and additionally on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention and security
We retain web server logs for up to 90 days and Google Analytics usage data for up to 14 months. We apply appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), restricted access rights and regular system updates.
Your rights
You have the right to access the data collected about you, request its correction or deletion, restrict or object to processing, request data portability, and withdraw your consent at any time. As the data collected is technical and does not contain your name or contact details, we may not be able to identify you based on it (GDPR Art. 11); in that case, please include information in your request that allows the data to be located.
