Compact substations

ES-CAV and ES-OSM prefabricated compact substations are manufactured and tested according to the standard IEC 62271-202:2014 requirements. The ES-CAV concrete enclosure compact substation can be equipped with different type medium voltage ring main units and secondary distribution switchgears, as well low voltage switchgears with different configurations and medium voltage measuring chambers. The ES-OSM metal enclosure compact substation can be equipped with different type medium voltage ring main units, as well ES-SLV type low voltage switchgears with different configurations.

Applications
The main applications are in distribution networks, industry, construction, infrastructure and renewable energy.

Installation
Install the kit stations according to the installation instructions supplied with the product. The ES-CAV concrete-skinned packaged substations can be lifted together with the roof in one piece. The housing is equipped with lifting lugs on the perimeter part. The cable tray/foundation is made of concrete and is separately transportable, which in turn allows for prior preparation of the cables on site. The ES-OSM metal-skinned complete substation is liftable and can be installed with a concrete foundation. The transformer room roof is separately portable.
